My passion for the Human Resources profession and what they contribute to the world of work stems from several experiences:

  • I’ve previously created and led a global, in-house content team consisting of 4 managers and 16 hires for a multi-million dollar non-profit organisation operating in over 100 countries.

  • I’ve been UK-employee number 3 and helped source and set up a London/UK office for a US-headquartered brand.

  • I’ve worked in-housed for several leading Human Resources organisations and consultancies: the UK’s Recruitment & Employment Confederation; the global HR consultancy Hay Group; and the global Executive Search and Talent Advisory firm Korn Ferry.

When I was in my biggest roles, tasked with delivering digital transformations and organisational change, the only way I could succeed was with the right people in my teams. And to attract, find, hire and keep those people, I needed help from Human Resources professionals.
