Flexible working to suit your needs

    • You need a lot of content and/or communications producing over a minimum of three months (for example, over a merger or acquisition process);

    • You want to augment your team with flexible, expert communications support so they’re free to deliver other priorities;

    • You need someone to come in, slot into your team, come up with ideas and most importantly, implement them;

    • You want to hire a seasoned, Director level internal comms specialist and copywriter without committing to a full time role’s price tag!

  • Many HR clients, particularly if they’re leading on a transformation, M&A, or large scale change program, choose to work with me on a retainer basis.

    It means I really get embedded into how the organization ticks, understand the people who make it great and how to communicate changes in a way that’s sensitive and respectful, but still lands.

    The more I work with you, the faster I get at crafting content and communications that connect your people to your strategy and bring them with you.

  • Retainers start from £750/month, minimum commitment three months. That investment could get you:

    • 1 x monthly longform internal newsletter for a global organization

    • 1 x CEO’s letter

    • 5 x CEO’s LinkedIn storytelling posts

Retainers

    • You have a specific deliverable in mind but no capacity to do it internally;

    • You don’t need lots of content or copy assets producing – just a few targeted pieces;

    • You want ideas and creativity quickly distilled into deliverables;

    • You want support for a short amount of time and then you and your team will take it from there.

    • Employer branding advertorials

    • Copyediting a new HR policy into plain language

    • A suite of employee focused change comms, for example to launch a new pay strategy

    • Internal comms consultancy

  • One off projects start from £1500. That investment could get you:

    • 1 x 300 word Intranet landing page and 1 x employee newsletter pointing users to it

    • Copyediting a two page policy document

    • 1 x 650 word employer advertorial
